Our Services

Chiropractic Care

Whether you're recovering from an injury or just trying to move through life with less pain, our chiropractic care focuses on getting to the root of the issue — not just masking symptoms. We use evidence-based adjustments and techniques to restore function, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Massage Therapy

This isn’t a spa massage — it’s targeted, therapeutic work designed to support your recovery. Our licensed massage therapists use a combination of techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and complement your chiropractic or rehab plan. Every session is customized for what your body needs most.

Strength & Rehabilitation

We don’t just treat the pain — we help prevent it from coming back. Our strength and rehab sessions are designed to build stability, improve movement patterns, and support long-term recovery. You’ll work one-on-one with a provider who tailors your plan to your goals, lifestyle, and pace.

Run Gait Analysis

If you’re a runner dealing with pain, chasing performance, or simply curious about how you move, our run gait analysis provides detailed insight into your stride, biomechanics, and form. We’ll identify movement inefficiencies and create a personalized plan to help you run stronger, safer, and smarter.

Techniques

  • Active Release Technique

Active Release Techniques Soft Tissue treatment (ART) is a hands-on manual therapy used by trained professionals to target specific soft tissues of the body. It’s based on the understanding that muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissue can develop adhesions due to overuse or injury. ART works to break up these adhesions, restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function for both athletes and non-athletes alike.

  • Radial Pulse Shockwave Therapy (RPW)

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to reduce chronic pain and promote healing. Commonly used for conditions like plantar fasciitis, tendinopathies, and muscle strains, the treatment stimulates circulation, boosts cell regeneration, and breaks up calcified tissues. Sessions are quick, require little to no downtime, and are especially effective for athletes and individuals with active lifestyles.

  • Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) is an evidence-based treatment that targets muscle tension and spasms often associated with arthritis, nerve irritation, strains, or herniated discs. Fine needles are inserted into trigger points to release tight tissue and relieve pain. It's called “dry” needling because no fluid is injected, unlike with a hypodermic needle. TDN helps restore movement, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.

“This is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to...and I have gone to several over the years. Not only are they good about staying on schedule for appointments and allowing enough time to give you the time you need, they are GREAT at what they do, incredibly thorough, and they care.”
